This arm of QUBES focuses purely on developing empty tranches of land into unique retail zone made out of shipping containers. Our first project in Ajman made out of 45 boxes is already sold out to various home grown F&B operators. We are in the process of developing a few more of such retail parks across UAE and MENA region soon.
